For the mummy who wants her sexy back and wants to bring their bub aged 0-18 months (must be able to sit in the pram or not be crawling to attend sessions). Steph is a mother herself and will share with you her secrets to success. $20 per person for an hour session.

Core Balance and FlexibilityWednesday at 5:30 pm

A low-impact, low-intensity class to:
- strengthen core muscles
- improve Balance & Stability
- increase Flexibility & Mobility

Suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to those wanting to compliment their existing training regime.
$10 per person

Stretch and ReleaseThursday at 5:45 am

These stretch sessions are designed by our amazing Stretch Therapist Kelli-Ann to compliment your existing training at the gym or personal training sessions.

Health Benefits of Stretching include:
- flexibility
- injury prevention
- range of motion
- stress release

These sessions will assist to prepare for another week of peak performance and suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to the advanced gym goer.

BoxingThursday at 6:30 pm

For a session that packs a punch. Join Steve and his crew for some fun cardio and kick some butt, boxing away the stresses of your day. Join in for just $10. (Members only, non-members welcome to come in for a FREE trial).
